Please read the following terms carefully before using this platform. By opening an account or using any of our services, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
1 Introduction and Scope
bdt gem is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdt gem and each member who uses its services.
These Terms apply equally to all sections of the site — casino, slots, sports betting, fishing games, bingo, and all other services. Any new service added in the future will automatically fall under these Terms unless stated otherwise.
2 Eligibility and Age Requirement
All services on bdt gem are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. Providing your correct age at the time of registration is mandatory. Government-issued identification may be required to verify your age.
Operating an account on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use an account, is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is established, the account will be closed immediately and the deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.1 Single Account Rule
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be permanently closed. If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts, each must be verified individually with the relevant identifying information.
3 Account Registration and Verification
An account must be opened with your correct name, date of birth, mobile number and email address. Registering with false information is a breach of these Terms, and bdt gem reserves the right to cancel such an account.
3.1 KYC Verification Process
To ensure security, bdt gem may verify your identity before you make a withdrawal above a specified amount, or at any other time. Required documents may include a clear copy of your National ID, passport or driving licence.
3.2 Account Security
Keeping your account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential is each member's own responsibility. If you share your login details with a third party and any loss results from that, bdt gem will not be held responsible. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
bdt gem supports the payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major banks).
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 10 to 45 minutes
4.1 Deposit Conditions
Deposits are only accepted from a payment account registered in the member's own name. Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned and the relevant member's account may come under review.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if the conditions of an active bonus have not yet been met.
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
bdt gem's bonus offers are subject to specific conditions. Before claiming any bonus, it is important to fully understand the relevant wagering requirements.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the balance ৳2,500, and to withdraw the bonus funds you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.
5.2 Other Promotions
Other offers are also available under specific conditions, including the weekly bdt gem reward, the bdt gem Slots Festival and the Cricket Fun Bonus. Each promotion has its own wagering requirements, validity period and eligibility criteria.
5.3 Right to Cancel Bonuses
If there is evidence of bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts or manipulation of the system, bdt gem may cancel any bonus and forfeit the associated winnings.
6 VIP Programme and Cashback
bdt gem's VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular play and receive cashback on their net weekly losses.
- Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Example: a Gold-tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. Cashback is credited to the account automatically each week.
7 Prohibited Activities
The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the bdt gem platform and are considered serious breaches of these Terms:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Registering with a false identity or incorrect information
- Using systematic betting strategies to circumvent bonus conditions
- Placing bets on behalf of someone else or through a proxy
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financial transactions
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.
8 Betting and Gaming Rules
Each game and betting market has its own rules that should be understood before play. bdt gem will make decisions on a case-by-case basis regarding bets that are voided due to system errors, network outages or operator issues.
8.1 Bet Cancellation Conditions
If a match or event does not take place within 48 hours of its scheduled date and the related bet has not already been settled, that bet may be cancelled and the original stake will be refunded.
8.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server outage or technical problem, bdt gem will resolve the matter in accordance with prevailing industry standards. If the game session data cannot be recovered, the stake for that round will be refunded.
9 Personal Data and Privacy
Personal information provided when registering with bdt gem is stored with strict security measures. Our Privacy Policy describes in detail how your information is collected, stored and used. That policy is also considered part of these Terms.
Personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties; however, certain information may need to be shared with regulatory authorities to meet legal obligations or to prevent fraud.
10 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
bdt gem believes that gaming is a recreational activity and should never be a cause of personal or financial harm. Our Responsible Gaming section describes in detail the tools available for setting deposit limits, taking temporary breaks and self-exclusion.
If a member feels that gaming is getting out of their control, they can contact the support team to take a temporary or permanent break. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.
11 Account Closure and Suspension
bdt gem reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason — in particular for breaches of these Terms — without prior notice.
11.1 Member's Own Request to Close Account
A member may close their account through the support team. In that case, any remaining balance will be returned via the designated method, though any active bonuses will be cancelled.
11.2 Inactive Accounts
If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. To reactivate the account, the member will need to contact support.
12 Limitation of Liability
bdt gem's services are provided on an "as is" basis. bdt gem will not be held responsible for any loss caused by technical outages, errors in third-party game software or internet connectivity issues.
Financial losses arising from gaming or betting are entirely the member's own responsibility. bdt gem makes no guarantee of winnings and does not manipulate game outcomes.
13 Right to Amend Terms
bdt gem may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be considered effective from the moment they are published on the site. Members are advised to check this page regularly.
Continued use of the services after any amendment to the Terms will be taken as automatic acceptance of the new terms.
14 Dispute Resolution and Contact
If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team directly in the first instance. bdt gem provides assistance in Bengali and English 24/7 via live chat and email.
If the issue is not resolved through support, the member may submit a written complaint. bdt gem will review each written complaint and communicate a decision within a reasonable time.
